About this drink
The pour-over bar carries one coffee at a time, and it changes whenever the last bag runs out — usually every three or four days. It is the fastest way for us to put a small, interesting lot in front of people without committing the whole espresso hopper to it.
Brewing takes about four minutes. We will happily talk you through what is in the cone while it drips, and we will tell you honestly if today's is a better fit for someone who takes milk.
